Summit Abilities assists with personal activities for eligible NDIS participants.

Summit Abilities takes pride in assisting with the following:

• Assistance with personal care, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assistance with activities of daily living, such as eating, drinking, and toileting in conjunction with a support plan.
• Assistance in mobility and hoist transfer
• Assistance in attending events, appointments or simply planning your day.
• Serve Dysphagia Management – Eating and Drinking
• Use of aids and appliances, hearing and communication devices.
• Mobility and transferring, for example, moving in and out of bed and on or off the toilet.

Our caring and skilled professionals offer support to make sure your day-to-day routine is achievable and manageable. These supports are usually offered in your own home but can also be provided in your community environment.
