Summit Abilities is a small, family-owned business located in Newcastle, NSW. As an independent disability service provider, our mission is to deliver exceptional services through choice, voice and collaboration. We believe in providing high-quality and trained support workers to deliver our NDIS services, most importantly we tailor all services to the unique qualities of each individual and focus on empowering the people we support.
We officially launch our business in 2024 with a team who are committed to providing top-quality care for our clients so they can live as independently and fully engaged as possible. We provide services to people looking to improve the quality of their life and develop independence. Our team develops a care plan in collaboration with the individual and any people involved in their care to ensure we are all working towards the same goals.
